 |  “WOW. Im not sure how I would have survived the move without Gina. She was always available to answer my questions. She is still available to me even though we have completed the move and I just emptied the last box. HURRAH. The gentleman (Freddie) who was our driver/packer/overall "go to man" is my hero. He supervised everything from the packing to the loading. He actually packed along side of the two that he had hired in Orlando. Freddie not only packed, loaded, supervised, but was such a gentleman. The young man working with him (Chris) did an awesome job as well. My husband felt very comfortable to leave me alone with the crew. Actually Freddie is now my new best friend :-) When our furniture arrived in McAllen, the experience was awesome. Fast, efficient (and once again), a pleasant experience. We have only one item to submit for damage. Only a couple of items packed were damaged and I know for a fact that it was not Chris or Freddie who did the packing. While Freddie was unpacking, our real estate agent arrived and commented that he never has seen a company use so much care within the home. Wrapping the columns and doorways, laying down protective covering for the floors. He was impressed. Another person that I need to thank is Angela Jett who works for Ace Southwest Atlas Van Lines. When I could not locate your email and the information that Stephanie had sent to me to file a claim, Angela was quick to respond and sent me what I needed. Not once when I had any interaction with Gina, Freddie, Stephanie or Angela did I not receive anything but positive responses. One complaint was the company that came to set up our washer/dryer. They did not hook up the water correctly (hot was hooked to cold, cold to hot) so my first major wash I managed to shrink several of my good tops.
